Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Robert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a mace and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lewis studied abroad. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.
