History: Born in the north to a Stableman, Alex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anthony alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
