Personal [hide]
Description: This malnourished man dresses like a well dressed Map Maker does. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

John York, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. His hair is short and red. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, John is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
