Description: A moderately attractive man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a yellow coat with tan slacks, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. His hair is short and white. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his right hand. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Clerebold was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: This late middle aged man wears just a grey suit and is in decent physical shape. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Randal was taken on many hunting expeditions. Randal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his religion dominates his actions
