History: Born in the south to a Roofer, Simon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
