Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears a black collared shirt and grey pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Raymond does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west to a Crown-heir, Raymond learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raymond was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has achieved small success as a Crown-heir.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to be a priest again

Description: Standing 6'5", this man wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. His head has been shaved. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sage business.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This man wears dull black sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longbow, just in case, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job
