History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to be a tanner again

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
