Personality: He is fixated on the number 51. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
