Description: This man is very fat, and wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a very tight haircut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Reynard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Reynard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and black handkerchief worn on his right side. His silver hair is cut short. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Adam hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after William was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. William's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.
