Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is typically in his Fletcher uniform. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is an amazing painter.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Carpenter like his mother before him.

History: He was born in the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
