He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.
