History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Healer job and began his own company from there.
