Manfred Clapham, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Hubert Wheatley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A plain young-adult man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He is content; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Diggory Gracey, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a club on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Diggory embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
