History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cory was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born in the west. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and money/treasure
