He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rolf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
