History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Hunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired him part-time. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he dresses like a well dressed Painter does. His blonde hair is still thick. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the west. Hubert was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sage. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brown hair is thinning but still full. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a Roofer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He struck the Roofer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
