He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is short and golden. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is a Jeweler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Robert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to raise his children well

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a brown vest and prefers green and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
