History: Born in the north to a Performer, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
