He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Conrad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his singing dream.
