Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the west to a Spy, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He typically wears yellow cloth garments or leather armor. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Brewer. He became a Brewer soon after.

He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his right hand. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
