He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Randal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
