Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers.
