History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Adelard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When Cory reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
