Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a great chef.

History: Hugh was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
