Personality: Heward wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
