History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Anselm was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He was born in the east. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud
