Jocelyn Soames, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a interpreter again
Ideals: Logical. Bonds: Rich, Job, Religious, Enemies. Occupation: Fisher

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. Drogo Thorpe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a brown costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His black hair is thinning but still full. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. During his travels, Drogo and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Drogo discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Drogo fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
Ideals: Athletic. Flaws: Sensitive. Bonds: Attractive, Religious, Mentor. Occupation: Scribe
Voice: Nasally tone

Kody Shipley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To be a Miller again; and wants to open a new tavern
Ideals: Gifted, Logical. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Poor, Nature, Job. Occupation: Interpreter
Voice: Hissing voice

Heward England, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a pastel tunic with yellow highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Seamstress.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and to end his boredom
Flaws: Mundane, Forgetful. Bonds: Military, Job, Enemies. Occupation: Seamstress
Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'
