Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Frederick is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
