Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hugh's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has taken up work as a Seamstress and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
