He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Knight. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
