History: He comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. Patrick Shipley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His white hair is thinning but still full. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Patrick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To protect his home; and an old rival family wants him found
