Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He has worked as a Mercenary like his mother before him.
