History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Dyer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
