History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Odo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter.
