History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
