Personality: Geoffrey hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
