History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Description: This tall, slender man is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed white hat.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and revenge
