Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Adelard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
