History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Richard was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sellsword. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
