He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When Dustin reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
