History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Manfred liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
