History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Simon was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Theobald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
