Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
