Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a green shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and brown pants. He has a very tight haircut. He has brown eyes and a green hat with a tan feather.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. A true patriot, Frederick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Frederick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a white cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings, and is pretty ugly. He wears his blonde hair up. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Human compassion.

Description: A 6'5" eastern man, he wears an entirely black suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His hair is long and golden with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He uses divination through singing.
History: William was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He became a Layabout soon after.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This malnourished man likes to wear brown tank tops with blue pants. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is a husky man, who dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a green coat with black slacks. His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Dean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
