Description: A 5'6" northern man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longsword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt and is in decent physical shape. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cook. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Servant father left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
