Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Cory and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'7". He is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longbow. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Godfrey hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to prove his worth to the world

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
