History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gerard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality
