Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He is a Sage first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: John hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Ideals: Gifted. Flaws: Insane, Sensitive, Ugly. Bonds: Rich, Slave. Occupation: Navigator

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blonde hair is cut short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Geoffrey is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and an old rival family wants him found
