He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Frederick was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When Shane reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult
