Description: An older man who usually wears his green robe and has his shortspear always slung over his shoulder, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This eastern man prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. His clothes are grease stained in places. He sports a flattop hair cut. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Peter hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Peter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This late middle aged man wears dark leathers with embroidery and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a Shepherd soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he likes to wear brown tank tops with white pants. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gerald took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
